
When reflecting on the countless trips I’ve taken through Colorado, there is nothing more, nothing less between them. I think about how prior to each visit, I heard the call . . . And simply put, I just listened. The list of reasons I could have come up with, or still might be wrestling with, as to why “now just isn’t a good time”, completely disappears within the first few miles after leaving home. If it even makes it that far . . . And all that awaits, can never truly be put into words. But there is no mistaking what gets burned inside of me. It leaves a unique mark every time, and I’d say that those are some marks worth having . . .
