” When I have spare time, I try to focus my energy on the things I really love! Whether it’s family, riding bikes, building trails or dialling in my body and health so I can continue to enjoy these things. I don’t tend to focus too much on the negative stuff. An easy one would be staying up too late for no reason then regretting it in the morning. Possibly not listening to my body for years and ignoring the fact that my back was super sore and instead of trying to fix it I continued to ride hard and dig hard until I was forced to take time off. Although, I have learnt a lot through the whole process, and it has got me to where we are now. So who is to say that it was bad? ” – Russell
